I want to make a difference about the way my clients feel about themselves. Not only to encourage and assist in the healing process of each of my clients, but to educate and bring awareness to the influential power and overall healing effects of therapeutic massage and yoga. ~Not just a peaceful body and mind, but a peaceful life~

Sarah Rakip;
Received 200hr certification from Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA.
Sarah studied an eclectic mix of yoga styles through my certification program, with
my personal favorite being power vinyasa flow. She looks forward to continuing her
studies in yoga, pranayama and meditation. The greatest thing about yoga is
that it is for everyone and no matter where you are physically; there are
endless benefits to practicing. Her greatest hope for her students is to find the same
inner peace that she has discovered through yoga.
Sheila Lancelotta;

Colin Brandon;
Colin Brandon is a graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA. His primary motivation in the field of massage therapy is to reduce pain and dysfunction within the body’s muscular system, and thereby facilitating tissue health and freedom of movement.
Pain and dysfunction within the body’s musculature can occur from a variety of factors. Each individual’s body tells a different story of how it came to be in the state it currently is in. Colin employs a clinical approach to massage therapy to discover the factors involved in the client’s current condition and to realize what he can do best to address that condition. As an avid athlete, Colin understands the importance of injury preventive and restorative methods, which includes massage therapy. While he is highly interested in the realm of injury & chronic pain treatment, he greatly respects the value of relaxation as a health benefit in itself and always includes the relaxation element in his massage therapy
